We went to several places in Marittima with Coldwell Banker agents which were interesting but required a lot of work. Most of the homes we looked at might have been intact in 1990; but because regulations have changed, the amount of work to be done was extensive. Electrical, Water, and heating would all need to be replaced.
We loved Marittima and hoped that there might be a home there. We considered two places. One on the main road: Via Roma, the other on a side street. Both had back gardens which were too small for a pool; but were lovely.
